Cholesterol Test

What is a Cholesterol Test?

A cholesterol test is a type of blood test that will measure triglycerides and overall cholesterol, or lipid content, within the blood. Cholesterol tests can reveal any risks of heart attack, heart disease, or other cardiovascular complications that may be present. Individuals with elevated cholesterol levels may not display any other signs or symptoms, which makes screening even more important to help diagnose early and treat patients appropriately to maximize efficacy.

At Platinum Diagnostic Labs, we provide the technology to carry out testing on targets like:
